We retain data as needed for our business purposes and/or as required by law.
We make good faith efforts to store data securely, but can make no guarantees.
We delete uploaded image and audio as soon as the video is rendered.
We delete rendered video as soon as it is uploaded to YouTube.
Downloadable video is deleted after 3 hours.
We store your YouTube access token until you delete it.

International Users - By accessing Tovidio or providing us data, you agree we may use and disclose data we collect as described here or as communicated to you, transmit it outside your resident jurisdiction, and store it on servers in the United States. Tovidio uses YouTube API Services. Users publishing to YouTube are agreeing to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Data we access, collect and store with YouTube API Services:
your YouTube channel id,
uploaded video id,
your Google profile id (abstract long number, not the email address),
YouTube access token that allows us to publish video to your YouTube channel.
We use that data:
to publish rendered video to your channel,
to provide you a link to the published video,
to collect aggregated statistics of Tovidio usage,
We do not share collected information except cases listed in section 4. Never happened yet.
To revoke granted access please visit Google security settings page. There head to Manage third-party access page and in the "Third-party apps with account access" section locate "Tovid.io". Click on it to reveal "Remove access" button. Clicking the button revokes Tovid.io access.
We use MailChimp to collect email addresses of our users, should they decide to subscribe to our news. By submitting your email address you agree to the Mailchimp Privacy Policy for Contacts. We do NOT sell or share email addresses.
On some pages of the site we might display a comments widget from Disqus. This means that Disqus might get access to some of your personal information. By using our Service you agree to Disqus Terms and Policies.
We use Google Analytics to collect usage statistics. Google Analytics uses tracking cookies. Please refer to Google Privacy Policy.
Modern browsers offer setings to block tracking cookies. Many have that option enabled by default. There are also browser extensions, e.g. AdBlock Plus, that filter out most tracking cookies.
